- Did you know that getting exercise everyday is important to help you sleep well at night?
- Did you know that there are certain foods that can keep you awake if you eat them too late?
- Did you know that listening to soft music can help you relax before you go to bed?
- Did you know that you should never drive if you’re too tired? That’s called Driving Drowsy and can be very dangerous.
